We have designed 3 flour mixes, due to the fact that 1 “all purpose” gluten free flour mix is a myth. Unlike regular flour, gluten free baking requires different ratios of certain flours in the blend, depending on the recipe. A fluffly light cake requires a cake flour catered to these desired characteristics. These blends keep our products from “tasting gluten free”, no weird aftertaste, or graininess. You won’t be able to tell it’s gluten free!!! Our blends are made to replace regular flour in any regular wheat flour recipe. Just swap it out, 1 to 1! We’ve made gluten free at home baking easy! No one has to know Susie had something to do with it, it will be our secret!
